Returns Policy
At Kolgold, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted products created with love by skilled artisans. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product in its original condition and packaging within 2 days of delivery. Upon inspection, we will issue a 100% refund of the product cost.
Important Return Guidelines:
- No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns for Kolhapuri Chappals, Baskets, Handbags, God Frames, and Customized Products. Please verify the size chart carefully before placing your order for these items.
- Eligible Return Reasons:
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- If a damaged product is delivered.
- For damaged or defective products, you must email a video of the product being unpacked, clearly showing the defect, to sales@kolgold.com within 2 days of receipt. This video is mandatory to process your return or replacement request.
Return Process:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Include your order number and order description in your email request.
- Our team will inspect the returned product and determine if it qualifies for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.
- If our courier partner does not accept the return, customers must arrange their own courier service and bear the associated costs.
- Refunds will not exceed the original value of the product.
Additional Notes:
- Complaints regarding damages, stains, stitching, or other issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product shows clear defects or issues caused by manufacturing.
Refund Policy
Kolgold products are crafted by artisans from rural areas, and we encourage our valued customers to opt for a replacement rather than a refund.
Refund Process:
- In case of product return, refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- If a customer pays twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 15 working days after verification. Please provide a screenshot or bank transaction details for the duplicate payment.
Refund Payment Details:
Refunds will be processed via net banking within 15 working days. Customers must provide the following bank details:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder’s Name (must match the customer’s name)
- Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Bank Address
Kolgold is not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect bank details provided by the customer.
